Custom & Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, artwork, colours, sizes, and design details before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Unikq.

Product Images

We make every effort to display accurate colours and product images.

Actual colours, garment shades, and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, website content, and photographs remain the property of Unikq unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers submitting artwork confirm that they have permission to use any logos, images, or designs provided for printing. Unikq accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party couriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
