At Unikq, every order is prepared with care. Many of our products are custom printed to order, so delivery times may vary depending on the item and order size.

Processing Times

• Standard custom orders: 3–7 working days

• Bulk, business, school, church, or event orders: Production times will be confirmed after your order is placed.

• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery estimates:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

• UK Express Delivery: Available on selected products (additional charges apply).

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Unikq cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@unikq.co.ukas soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
